Key Responsibilities

•Conduct comprehensive surveys and produce clear, concise engineering reports across core professional building surveying services.
•Support construction monitoring and snagging assessments to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
•Work independently under broad direction while supporting team members to meet client demands.
•Represent the company professionally through client liaison, understanding requirements, and ensuring delivered service meets needs.
•Develop clients by cultivating relationships and supporting work winning across private and public sectors.

Key Requirements

•Strong written and oral communication skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
•Experience using tablet-based software such as GoReport, Kyklcoud, and MOBIESS.
•Proficiency in financial, commercial, and risk management across projects from inception through completion.
•Experience across the full spectrum of building surveying and project management scope, including education and commercial/light industrial environments; MEP services experience desirable.
•Eligibility for DBS (or other) security clearance checks.
