Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct comprehensive surveys and produce clear, concise engineering reports across core professional building surveying services.
  • •Support construction monitoring and snagging assessments to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
  • •Work independently under broad direction while supporting team members to meet client demands.
  • •Represent the company professionally through client liaison, understanding requirements, and ensuring delivered service meets needs.
  • •Develop clients by cultivating relationships and supporting work winning across private and public sectors.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong written and oral communication skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
  • •Experience using tablet-based software such as GoReport, Kyklcoud, and MOBIESS.
  • •Proficiency in financial, commercial, and risk management across projects from inception through completion.
  • •Experience across the full spectrum of building surveying and project management scope, including education and commercial/light industrial environments; MEP services experience desirable.
  • •Eligibility for DBS (or other) security clearance checks.
