Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage client interactions via phone, email, and other communication methods in support of the DMS technical call center.
  • •Handle technical inquiries by responding, troubleshooting, and resolving product issues for clients.
  • •Analyze documents (carbon/PDF) for dealership transactions including funding, registration, titling, aftermarket providers, and process documents.
  • •Use front-end document designing tools to create/update documents, including adding data bindings and configuring validations and calculations with internal tools.
  • •Document all work in a case system, manage escalation cases, and follow up with client requests timely while maintaining professionalism and client satisfaction.

Key Requirements
