Assistant Store Leader

Partner with the Store Leader to maximize store productivity and profitability through leadership, coaching, and operational excellence. Lead a client-focused selling environment by driving omni-channel and virtual selling, ensuring clienteling, and capturing customer data. Recruit, onboard, and develop associates, manage performance using KPI coaching, and act as Store Leader when needed. Oversee daily operations including schedules, payroll budgets, cash handling, loss prevention, inventory accuracy, and brand/visual standards.
