Job Summary

Support the execution of the DACH regional marketing strategy by helping deliver localized campaigns, events, webinars, partner initiatives, and local activations. Review and adapt global messaging and assets for the DACH market, assist with campaign and event operations (including QA and coordination), and maintain marketing calendars and reporting. Contribute market insights and competitor observations while tracking lead and pipeline influence from regional initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

•Support execution of the DACH regional marketing plan, helping deliver campaigns, events, webinars, partner initiatives, and local activations.
•Review localized/adapted global campaigns, messaging, and assets to ensure relevance and accuracy for the DACH market.
•Assist with campaign and event operations, including asset QA, cross-functional coordination, and resource requests with central marketing and campaign operations teams.
•Maintain visibility into DACH marketing initiatives by supporting upkeep of marketing calendars, project plans, reporting rhythms, and tracking processes.
•Support reporting and performance analysis by tracking leads and pipeline influence, and contribute market insights and competitor observations for DACH strategy and GTM alignment.

Key Requirements

•Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor or Master degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
•First-hand experience in Marketing or Events (plus).
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German (Dutch is a plus).
•Proactive team player with a positive attitude.
•Ability to handle multiple projects.
