Key Responsibilities

  • •Learn our processes and quality standards to deliver A+ customer service
  • •Travel to our customer's homes to install new products or repair existing products
  • •Take preventative measures, escalate any customer issues to the Service Department
  • •Fill out detailed reports and keep records on services that have been performed
  • •Explain issues with equipment and repairs to customers

Key Requirements

  • •Must have proven experience in window and door installation and general home construction knowledge
