Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate in Hazardous Operability studies for the pilot plant design and assist with writing Standard Operating Procedures.
  • •Manage construction activities including daily management of the construction crew, toolbox talks, hazardous risk assessments, and weekly schedule updates to management.
  • •Oversee work orders, lockouts, confined space entries, occupational hygiene, and delivery intake.
  • •Supervise operations and maintenance teams during pilot plant operations and operate equipment when required.
  • •Input and manage process data, assist with data analytics and flowsheet optimization, and schedule/manage sample analysis with external laboratories.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 100,000 - 120,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering with Chemical, Metallurgical, or Mechanical specialization.
  • •Registered or ability to register as a PE in the state of Nevada.
  • •2–5 years of relevant experience, especially in metallurgical operations.
  • •Strong digital literacy in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • •Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; highly organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
