Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, build, and ship production-quality systems, APIs, and services spanning foundational platform capabilities to customer-facing experiences.
  • •Own end-to-end project delivery, translating requirements into technical designs, implementation, testing, deployment, and ongoing iteration.
  • •Ensure production health through monitoring, troubleshooting, performance, reliability, and issue resolution.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of backend and/or full-stack software engineering experience.
  • •Strong backend experience with Python and frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, Pyramid, or Django.
  • •Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases, including schema design, query optimization, and data modeling.
  • •Experience with cloud-native technologies such as AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes, plus infrastructure as code, CI/CD, and production observability.
  • •Hands-on experience integrating AI/LLM-powered systems in production (e.g., RAG pipelines, agent frameworks, evaluation workflows) with strong AI fluency.
