Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end product execution within your squad, guiding design from discovery to delivery.
  • •Lead design from discovery to delivery within your squad and turn unclear problems into structured flows and testable solutions.
  • •Partner closely with Product and Engineering to balance speed and long-term scalability, while maintaining product quality.
  • •Raise the quality bar within the squad and the Product Design team by improving problem framing, discovery, validation practices, and success metrics.
  • •Design with systems in mind, using reusable components and scalable patterns, and collaborate with engineers to ensure system integrity.
