•Meet service standards while supporting positive customer satisfaction outcomes
•Maintain effective oversight of claim workflows and portfolio performance
•Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory obligations
•Communicate proactively with clients, advisers, employers, and other stakeholders

Key Requirements

•Demonstrated understanding of life insurance claims processes including assessment and investigation; ability to interpret policy terms and make clear, well-reasoned decisions.
•Strong communication skills with experience engaging a variety of stakeholders; customer-focused mindset with commitment to service excellence.
•Knowledge of insurance regulatory and legal frameworks; relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in a related field.
•Experience in assessing and managing claims portfolios in line with policy requirements; ability to maintain oversight of claim workflows and portfolio performance.
•Ability to collaborate with internal teams including rehabilitation, medical, and reinsurance partners and communicate proactively with clients, advisers, and employers
