Key Responsibilities

  • •Work closely with internal Saudi Aramco clients using sectoral experience to support corporate functions.
  • •Provide broad-based strategic legal advice to senior leadership and deliver day-to-day corporate and commercial legal support.
  • •Prepare, review, and negotiate contractual and governance instruments relevant to the client’s commercial mandate.
  • •Seek specialist legal input across the Law Organization and provide consolidated legal support to the relevant client.
  • •May serve as corporate secretary: organize/manage board meetings and advise on board authority and corporate governance matters.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Law degree minimum; Master or Juris degree preferred.
  • •Current admission to general practice before the highest court of the state or country of citizenship or residency.
  • •Minimum 7 years hands-on experience gained in a large multinational corporation or law firm.
  • •Relevant corporate and commercial legal experience.
  • •Experience serving as corporate secretary to a board of directors.
