Job Summary

Develop and execute regional strategies for Trane Technologies’ Digital and Controls portfolio, driving profitable growth and increased market share. Lead offering strategy and roadmap using market intelligence and Voice of Customer, partner with the Product Growth Team and regional sales to launch and commercialize offerings, and set sales strategy to achieve targets. Coach sales teams on consultative, outcome-based selling, guide specifications/upselling, manage forecasting and long-range/annual plans, and report performance through operating and business reviews.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop the Digital and Controls offering strategy and roadmap for the region using market intelligence, competitive data, and Voice of Customer.
•Partner with the Product Growth Team and regional teams to execute the offering roadmap, launch, and commercialize new offerings.
•Lead the “leading with Trane Digital offerings” sales strategy, collaborating with sales teams to position and sell Digital and Controls on every customer project.
•Coach sales teams with consultative, outcome-based selling; monitor performance, provide feedback, and drive continuous improvement.
•Own planning and reporting: Long-Range Plan and Annual Operating Plan, sales forecasting/pipeline alignment, and regular Operating and Business Reviews.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of experience in Product Management and Sales leadership, preferably in software (SaaS), with clear P&L accountability.
•Proven track record of strategy and offering development/execution that drives business growth.
•Proven track record of leading and/or collaborating with sales teams to achieve sales targets.
•Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field.
•Strong leadership/team development and exceptional communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills.
