Behavior Technician (RBT)

Provide one-on-one in-home ABA therapy for children in Holladay, Tennessee, working under a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Follow BCBA-designed behavior intervention plans, collect and record client progress data, and participate in supervision, team meetings, and required trainings. Part-time (25 hours/week) with flexible Monday–Friday scheduling and hourly pay of $20–$25, plus training support toward RBT certification.
