Diagnostics Software Engineer

Build and improve algorithms that detect issues in residential HVAC systems using sensor and performance data. Support and enhance infrastructure for analyzing large IoT datasets, adapting existing algorithms to evolving software architectures and platforms. Validate performance with automated testing and deep data analysis, while collaborating with local and remote software teams and mentoring junior engineers. Interface with customers, technicians, dealers, and homeowners to support product development and issue resolution.
