Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct business discovery workshops to translate customer objectives into high-impact Celonis use cases and define scope, data requirements, and success criteria.
  • •Direct AI deployment agents to build data models, process analyses, KPIs, and dashboards, writing specifications and validating outputs against business requirements.
  • •Build and configure Celonis solutions across the platform, including data transformations, operational solutions, and AI-powered insights.
  • •Identify process inefficiencies and root causes using Celonis technology, validating AI outputs for accuracy and relevance to customer context.
  • •Drive rollout through enablement, training, documentation, and managing project outcomes against timelines, scope, and customer expectations.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years in management or IT consulting, data/solution consulting, or process improvement consulting for software vendors, consulting firms, or system integrators.
  • •Ability to build and configure Celonis solutions (data modeling, process analysis, KPI definition, automation) and proficiency in PQL, SQL, and Python.
  • •Comfort working with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code, Codex, Cursor) and ability to write clear specifications and evaluate AI-generated outputs; prompt/context engineering is a plus.
  • •Strong domain expertise in enterprise business processes and financial metrics; knowledge of standard ERPs (SAP, Oracle) and process areas like Order to Cash and Procure to Pay is a plus.
  • •Fluency in English required; experience steering customer workshops and presenting findings to management is expected.
