Job Summary

Own and continuously improve the regional financial control environment for the Asia-Pacific footprint. Implement and drive adoption of group control policies and the RACM/Business Control Framework across country teams, coordinate annual control assessment cycles, and track remediation of control deficiencies. Partner with Internal Audit and regional finance controllers to support assurance activities, strengthen governance reporting, and help deliver controls training to in-country teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Implement group control policies and processes to ensure adoption at regional level.
•Coordinate the regional annual control assessment cycle and support timely reviews and submissions to Group Internal Controls.
•Monitor compliance with the RACM and Business Control Framework across country teams and support remediation of control deficiencies.
•Support internal assurance reviews across regional entities and help prepare follow-up action plans with Internal Audit.
•Deliver training and capability building to regional and in-country finance teams on group controls, RACM/BCF, and good practice.

Key Requirements

•Accounting qualification (ICAS, ICAEW, ACCA, CIMA, CPA) or equivalent experience.
•Strong experience in financial controls, internal audit, or finance operations within a multinational environment.
•Good understanding of IFRS, control frameworks, and financial governance requirements.
•Ability to influence stakeholders and support remediation activities.
•Practical mindset with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
