Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and analyze structural systems for restaurants, cafés, retail outlets, hospitality, and commercial fit-out projects.
  • •Prepare structural calculations, design reports, construction drawings, and technical specifications.
  • •Coordinate with architects, interior designers, MEP engineers, and BIM teams to support seamless project execution.
  • •Review architectural layouts and provide practical structural solutions during design development, including assessments for renovation/refurbishment/fit-out.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Structural Engineering (Master's degree is an advantage).

  • •Proven experience designing/engineering structures for F&B, restaurant, café, retail, hospitality, commercial, and fit-out projects.
  • •Strong knowledge of reinforced concrete and steel structures, including structural modifications for interior fit-outs.
