Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure projects have robust Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and Performance Management Baseline (PMB).
  • •Deploy and operate project controls within a portfolio or project.
  • •Identify trends and analyze variances, recommending corrective actions with proactive risk and opportunity management.
  • •Establish and run reporting rhythms (e.g., ETC, schedule, and risk reviews), consolidate timely reports, and facilitate project reviews.
  • •Ensure resource forward load is accurate, analyzing labor and material profiles and recommending actions to reconcile anomalies and optimize deployment.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong track record designing, deploying, operating, and/or improving the full range of project controls in a relevant context.
