Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to understand requirements and support network architecture design and implementation.
  • •Develop and execute test plans to validate equipment functionality, interoperability, security, and performance.
  • •Translate test results into actionable implementation plans and provide engineering support during deployment for Layer 2/3 services and Layer 0/1.
  • •Perform pre-commissioning and commissioning activities including equipment inventory assessment, commissioning, and end-to-end circuit testing.
  • •Provide customer guidance and operational training on Ciena Network Management Systems and assist with escalations and issue resolution.

Key Requirements
