Escrow Specialist

Own day-to-day escrow account administration for real estate transactions within the Transaction Management team. Reconcile, allocate, and release escrow and commission payments; manage incoming and outgoing funds, process intercompany transfers, and resolve account discrepancies. Support agents with pass-through (third-party) payment inquiries, commission payouts, deductions, and calculations. Partner with Finance and Accounting on reconciliations, monthly analytics, audits, and end-of-month financial reporting.
