Job Summary

Experienced Construction Manager to oversee on-site activities for a major Oil & Gas project in Habshan, Abu Dhabi. Lead multi-discipline field execution, ensure safety, quality and schedule adherence, manage contractor deliverables, and coordinate installation, commissioning and handover for a project valued over USD 500M.

Key Responsibilities

•Responsible for construction and contractor related deliverables on the project
•Supervises all areas on small projects and / or a subset / discipline on larger projects
•Responsible for management and execution of multiple field disciplines or a subset of assigned construction project(s) in accordance with the contract and company policies
•Responsible for execution of the work in accordance with the quality standards and requirements specified for the project
•Manages and controls project cost and schedule of assigned disciplines / subset of on site construction

Key Requirements

•Degree with a minimum of 20 years oil and gas industry experience, including at least 5 years on major capital projects (over USD 500M) with Construction Management and Site Management focus
•Experience within an oil & gas operating company is highly desired and may be considered in lieu of capital project experience
•Must have excellent communications skills, both written and verbal, with a strong command of the English language
•Must be willing to travel extensively for multi-week periods and have the flexibility to adjust work location to support project needs
•Must be qualified to obtain a CICPA and a UAE work visa
