Key Responsibilities

  • •Follow approved production, quality, food safety, and safety procedures.
  • •Comply with GMP, HACCP, PRPs, OPRPs, and CCP monitoring requirements.
  • •Accurately compound materials according to approved formulas and batch instructions.
  • •Prevent contamination and product mix-ups by maintaining proper ventilation, 5S housekeeping, safe equipment operation, required PPE use, and chemical spill-response procedures.
  • •Report quality deviations, food safety hazards, equipment issues, or unsafe conditions immediately to supervision.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent.
  • •1–3 years of experience working as a packing compounder.

  • •Ability to stand for 60–90% of the workday and frequently lift a 35‑lb product hose.
