Key Responsibilities

  • ā€¢Own core treasury operations across cash positioning, payments, bank account management, portal administration, forecasting support, close, and FBAR preparation.
  • ā€¢Build scalable workflows and automation for request intake, approvals, payment tracking, bank account changes, KYC follow-up, access reviews, evidence collection, and issue resolution.
  • ā€¢Improve process requirements, data quality, and cross-functional handoffs; translate recurring processes into tool, dashboard, tracker, and AI workflow requirements.
  • ā€¢Identify manual pain points, duplicate work, control gaps, data-quality issues, and key-person risk, then design process or technology improvements.
  • ā€¢Partner with internal teams and banking partners to improve monitoring, reconciliation, reporting, exception detection, and audit-ready documentation.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 162,000 - 180,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • ā€¢6+ years of experience in treasury, finance operations, treasury systems, or operational transformation.
  • ā€¢Strong treasury operations experience across cash management, payments, bank administration, reconciliations, controls, and multi-entity environments.
  • ā€¢Ability to build, automate, or improve operational workflows in a high-growth or complex environment.
  • ā€¢Experience using AI, workflow tools, data tools, treasury systems, ERPs, bank platforms, or automation to improve scale and control quality.
  • ā€¢Strong process-design instincts and sound judgment around payment controls, bank access, auditability, confidentiality, segregation of duties, and human approval boundaries.
