Job Summary

Lead the installation, configuration, integration, and training of Forcepoint COTS cybersecurity products for customers. Key Responsibilities

•Provide engineering, installation, configuration, integration, and training for Forcepoint COTS cyber products.
•Deliver training, troubleshooting, and on-site support to customers, including version upgrades.
•Prepare technical documentation (as-built designs, requirements, and SOPs) and produce executive briefings/EBR-ready deliverables.
•Architect and lead complex REST API integration engagements across SIEMs, SOAR platforms, identity providers, and cloud-native services; mentor junior engineers on API and automation best practices.
•Serve as technical lead in Professional Services, mentoring and developing Associate and Senior engineers on deployment practices and customer engagement standards.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 160,000 - 195,000 annually

Key Requirements

•BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Security, or related field with 8+ years of cybersecurity experience across practices/methodologies, application design, and/or operational environments.
•Advanced knowledge of DLP, CASB, SSE, DSPM, and network administration.
•Advanced Windows, macOS, and Linux/Unix administration, including software distribution techniques.
•Advanced security design and architecture, including Active Directory/LDAP/IDP, computer virtualization, and cloud architecture (Azure/AWS/GCP).
•Experience with enterprise network architecture, zero trust networking, SD-WAN, and hybrid/cloud network security design.
