Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide engineering, installation, configuration, integration, and training for Forcepoint COTS cyber products.
  • •Deliver training, troubleshooting, and on-site support to customers, including version upgrades.
  • •Prepare technical documentation (as-built designs, requirements, and SOPs) and produce executive briefings/EBR-ready deliverables.
  • •Architect and lead complex REST API integration engagements across SIEMs, SOAR platforms, identity providers, and cloud-native services; mentor junior engineers on API and automation best practices.
  • •Serve as technical lead in Professional Services, mentoring and developing Associate and Senior engineers on deployment practices and customer engagement standards.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 160,000 - 195,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Security, or related field with 8+ years of cybersecurity experience across practices/methodologies, application design, and/or operational environments.
  • •Advanced knowledge of DLP, CASB, SSE, DSPM, and network administration.
  • •Advanced Windows, macOS, and Linux/Unix administration, including software distribution techniques.
  • •Advanced security design and architecture, including Active Directory/LDAP/IDP, computer virtualization, and cloud architecture (Azure/AWS/GCP).
  • •Experience with enterprise network architecture, zero trust networking, SD-WAN, and hybrid/cloud network security design.
