Key Responsibilities

  • •Assemble switchboards/panelboards by selecting and installing components/devices using drawings/diagrams/blueprints and order information.
  • •Use hand and power tools to accurately install materials while following established procedures.
  • •Perform quality responsibilities including visual inspections before and after assembly, identifying nonconforming parts, and troubleshooting errors.
  • •Maintain expected job progress and communicate problem areas, part shortages, or delays to support productivity goals.
  • •Contribute to safety and 5S compliance, cross-train/stand in for other functions, and participate in process improvement/root-cause analysis as issues arise.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 17.25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
  • •Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
  • •Experience in complex assembly operations or assembly requiring drawings or diagrams.
  • •Experience reading blueprints, manufacturing diagrams or drawings, or operating instructions.
  • •Ability to use measuring devices (tape measure and calipers) and follow written instructions to assemble and verify quality.
