Master (Daywork)

Serve as an In-Port Master in the Defence Maritime team, ensuring safe and efficient vessel operations and compliance with Flag State, Class, and regulatory requirements. Lead vessel crews, oversee navigation and towing activities, and maintain responsibility for vessel, crew, and cargo safety. Manage crew training and onboard inductions, ensure certifications and maintenance records are accurate, and lead safety, environmental, and compliance drills and pollution prevention activities.
