Job Summary

Drive the people side of enterprise transformation by planning and executing change management strategies that increase adoption, utilization, and proficiency. Partner with executive sponsors, project leaders, and stakeholders to integrate change activities into project plans, deliver communications and training, manage resistance and risks, and measure readiness and outcomes throughout the project lifecycle.

•Lead change management activities using a structured methodology aligned with the Prosci ADKAR framework.
•Assess organizational impacts and develop targeted change strategies and action plans.
•Partner with project managers and executive sponsors to integrate change activities into project plans.
•Develop and execute deliverables including communications, training, coaching, sponsor engagement, and resistance management plans.
•Define success metrics, monitor change progress, evaluate readiness, mitigate risks, and report outcomes.

Key Requirements

•Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills to influence stakeholders and build relationships.
