Key Responsibilities

  • •Review schedules, prepare supplies and PPE, and travel to patients’ homes within your assigned service area.
  • •Provide scheduled services including blood draws, vitals, height/weight measurements, urine collection, and support with Annual Wellness Visits.
  • •Use phlebotomy expertise to make blood draws comfortable for each patient, including patients with difficult sticks.
  • •Accurately document each patient visit using Sprinter technology and maintain a professional patient experience.
  • •Properly label, handle, and transport specimens for lab drop-off or shipment.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 24 - 28 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Strong phlebotomy skills, including experience with challenging sticks.
  • •Patient-facing healthcare experience as a Phlebotomist, Medical Assistant, LPN, or LVN (home preferred).
  • •Current BLS certification.
  • •Valid driver’s license and access to a personal, reliable vehicle with current auto insurance.
  • •Availability Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m., including ability to drive before 7:00 a.m. for early appointments.
