Head of Security & IT

Lead and mature Protege’s security program from the ground up, owning strategy, architecture, operations, and culture. You’ll maintain SOC 2 Type II and HIPAA controls, build a PHI protection program, and secure the end-to-end training data lifecycle. This hands-on leadership role partners with engineering, product, and legal to embed security into CI/CD, cloud infra, and data workflows while enabling rapid, trustworthy growth.
