Job Summary

Build and maintain business relationships with commercial clients to support their risk and insurance needs. Collaborate with internal teams and an international network to address client requirements, assist with insurer negotiations, and support a global insurance portfolio. Help drive portfolio growth by supporting prospects and clients, ensuring timely renewals and accurate insurance contracts, and keeping account managers informed on new products, coverages, and market trends.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and maintain business contacts with prospects and clients to support portfolio growth.
•Collaborate with team members to meet clients’ insurance and risk management needs.
•Collaborate and liaise with colleagues in an international network, including supporting insurer negotiations.
•Support management of a global insurance portfolio, including timely renewal of coverages and ensuring contract accuracy.
•Respond to client needs and support the Account Manager by keeping clients informed of new products, coverages, and market trends.

Key Requirements

•Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in commercial property and casualty insurance.
•AMF Commercial Lines license or desire to obtain one.
•French/English bilingualism required for frequent interactions with clients, colleagues, and partners.
•Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills with demonstrated outstanding customer service.
•Proficiency in MS Office software, plus a DEC in a relevant field or equivalent years of work experience.
