Engineering and Delivery Manager (H/F)

Lead engineering delivery within the Delivery Unit for directed-energy emitters and weapons, partnering closely with project management and engineering disciplines. Own organization, planning, and successful delivery of engineering activities across product development and obsolescence treatment, ensuring cost, schedule, and deliverable quality. Define development/obsolescence strategy, set the engineering environment and processes, coordinate multidisciplinary workload, run engineering reviews, manage risks/opportunities, and validate engineering documentation, including from suppliers.
