Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and implement the development/obsolescence treatment strategy aligned with project objectives and required resources.
  • •Define the necessary engineering environment (process adaptation, data sensitivity assessment, standard practices and tools).
  • •Pilot development across the full lifecycle, including management of risks and opportunities.
  • •Coordinate overall engineering workload for multidisciplinary activities and lead lot owners (WPM, IVVQM, SysEM…) with clear objectives.
  • •Run engineering reviews and track technical advancement via key performance indicators; validate engineering documents, ensure definition dossier compliance, manage technical debt and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s-level engineering education (Bac+5) or equivalent in electronics.
  • •Minimum 10 years of experience leading a multidisciplinary engineering team.
  • •Ability to direct a technical team and manage internal/external client relationships.
  • •Strong technical knowledge in RF amplifier systems, power electronics/high voltage, and hardened subsystems (dimensional/environmental constraints).
  • •Fluent enough in English for technical conversations with clients and writing technical documents.
