Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead personnel and production activities for assembly flow and operations, including planning and coordinating schedules to meet customer and company requirements.
  • •Supervise assembly line operations, including scheduling, task assignments, and directing work to ensure products are assembled correctly and efficiently.
  • •Maintain safety and 5S standards, ensuring PPE compliance, safe storage, and EHS-compliant material storage; sustain 5S+ in responsible areas.
  • •Train and support assembly team members on procedures, safety protocols, and ongoing performance to achieve high standards.
  • •Manage inventory transactions and balances, resolve issues and unusual situations, and perform root cause analysis to identify business improvement opportunities while reporting production metrics.
