  • •Manage budgets, schedules, and scopes across multiple R&D programs.

Key Requirements

  • •Advanced degree in engineering (metallurgical, chemical, engineering, or related field).
  • •Experience leading R&D programs within hydrometallurgical or related processing environments.
  • •Experience with leaching processes, particularly copper heap leaching (advantage).
  • •Ability to build a vision, foster alignment, and influence senior-level decision making.
  • •Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary, cross-functional teams.
