Job Summary

Support Dyson’s regional sales team as an operational hub, owning end-to-end order collection and verification, daily/weekly/monthly sales data verification and analysis, and standardized reporting for performance tracking. Provide daily channel and store operation support (trade stock checks, marketing application, rebate PO processing). Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Sales Operations, and VM teams to drive sales initiatives and enable back-office support for improved regional execution.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage end-to-end order collection and verification across DT and store channels, ensuring compliant execution and smooth procession.
•Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly sales data statistics, verification, and in-depth analysis; deliver standardized sales reports and performance review decks.
•Provide daily operational support for own stores and DT channel, including trade stock checking, marketing application, rebate PO application/verification/settlement, and issue resolution.
•Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Sales Operation, VM, and other internal teams to implement regional sales initiatives and close trade stock and delivery issues.
•Support regional target decomposition and meeting organization; organize and optimize sales enablement materials for front-team productivity.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree
•1–3 years’ experience in sales support, operations, or business roles in retail, FMCG, fashion, or cosmetic
•Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTable, functions)
•Good written and spoken English for daily work and reports
•Strategic mindset with strong ownership and ability to work under pressure
