Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze and reconcile GL balance sheet accounts per the reconciliation schedule.
  • •Execute timely tasks in the accounting closing process, including month-end accruals.
  • •Prepare and post manual journal entries as requested.
  • •Follow Standard Accounting Policies & Procedures and ensure accurate Shared Services customer responses per SLA guidelines.
  • •Use low-code tools to automate and optimize reconciliation, reporting, and process improvements; support audit deliverables.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Accounting, Finance and/or Business Administration.
  • •At least 5 years of experience in General Accounting.
  • •Shared Services environments experience is required.
  • •Knowledge of financial/accounting processes and US GAAP.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and strong ERP/reporting experience (Oracle preferred; SAP, Hyperion HFM preferred).
