Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and resolve end-to-end employee exits across international jurisdictions with a superior offboarding experience.
  • •Provide guidance on HR matters including termination, resignation, transfers, employment contracts, and redundancy processes to ensure legal compliance.
  • •Lead and facilitate meetings for workforce reduction, hearings, negotiations in separations and settlements, and termination guidance.
  • •Draft, tailor, and administer termination and supplementary documents while maintaining privacy and confidentiality.
  • •Process offboarding in Remote’s internal HRIS platform and coordinate stakeholders (e.g., Customer Success, Legal, Payroll) to ensure timely administration and compliance.

Key Requirements
