Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute access strategies to optimize community access, assessing access barriers and proposing solutions.
  • •Serve as the in-house expert on authorization processes and collaborate with internal teams to navigate access challenges.
  • •Ensure reimbursement and access activities comply with healthcare regulations and industry standards.
  • •Collaborate with provider offices and pharmacies to address access issues and streamline patient access pathways.
  • •Evaluate, select, onboard, and manage institutional pharmacies; use data analysis to identify improvements and optimize community support programs.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Healthcare Administration, Business, etc.); Master’s degree or equivalent is a plus.
  • •Minimum 5-8 years of Biotech/Pharma experience, including previous experience as an FRM.
  • •Experience in market access, community access, or community services.
  • •In-depth knowledge of healthcare reimbursement processes, regulations, and compliance requirements.
