Manager - Software Engineer

Lead software engineering work and manage delivery through a team, ensuring complex projects (or multiple medium projects) are planned, executed, documented, and completed to quality, cost, resource, and schedule requirements. Drive end-to-end people management, spearhead R&D for new technologies where appropriate, and ensure compliance with engineering, safety, confidentiality, and standards. Optimize design development timelines using computing resources and resolve complex technical and operational issues across department operations.
