Principal – Strategy & Planning

Shape and drive the Group Asset Management strategy across AD Ports Group’s business clusters. Partner with corporate, cluster, and growth strategy teams to cascade the strategic vision, translate it into actionable plans with KPIs and measurable targets, and monitor execution through dashboards and monthly reporting. Facilitate quarterly meetings, support executive and government stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement in strategy communication, analysis, and delivery.
