Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure bulk production efficiency through process design and development, and provide direct production support.
  • •Interact with Quality and Tooling to resolve defects and mold issues and develop projects to improve efficiency and decrease scrap.
  • •Develop, design, and set up processes, systems, workstations, and automation equipment; troubleshoot process and system issues.
  • •Collaborate with Maintenance and Engineering to support troubleshooting, develop preventive maintenance programs, and develop spare parts identification and systems.
  • •Develop work instructions for injection molding processes and systems, monitor/audit for non-conformances, and lead the production floor team by assigning responsibilities and tracking performance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related field and/or 5+ years of experience.
