•Create and improve training curriculum and instructional materials for control valve maintenance, repair, and diagnostics.

•Coach technicians to strengthen troubleshooting and diagnostic skills, ensuring OEM-level service standards.
•Teach advanced concepts such as diagnostic communication protocols and digital valve tuning.
•Collaborate with product teams and subject-matter experts to maintain technical accuracy and identify improved training methods, tools, and delivery formats.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience with control valves, instrumentation, or related industrial equipment.
•Experience supporting technical learning, coaching, or training in any format.
•Comfort explaining complex topics to individuals with different learning styles.
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage priorities independently and with teams.
•Ability to travel up to 50% and legally work in the United States (no sponsorship provided).
