Job Summary

Own central platform and infrastructure outcomes for a set of brands in a fully remote environment. Lead migrations and reliability improvements, establish CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code (IaC), and build monitoring/alerting with SLO-aligned dashboards. Advise brand engineering leadership on architecture trade-offs, integrate and consume shared observability/backups services, and support troubleshooting across app and infrastructure boundaries. Use AI coding tools daily to speed up delivery and coaching.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead infrastructure projects for assigned brands, including migrations, performance and reliability improvements, incident response practices, containerization, and cloud cost optimizations.
•Establish and upgrade CI/CD, IaC, monitoring, alerting, and SLO-aligned dashboards; baseline and improve reliability using data.
•Advise brand CTOs and engineering leads on architecture trade-offs and justify decisions with measurable outcomes.
•Contribute to and consume central services (e.g., observability, backups) so brands can adopt best practices quickly.
•Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot across application and infrastructure boundaries, including participating in an on-call rotation.

Key Requirements

•5+ years in Platform/Cloud Engineering, DevOps, or Site Reliability Engineering at a senior level with strong ownership and autonomy.
•Deep expertise in at least one major cloud provider (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and practical Infrastructure as Code experience (ideally Terraform).
•Solid understanding of CI/CD concepts and the ability to assess, design, and modernize pipelines across diverse environments.
•Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Datadog, New Relic, ELK, Prometheus, or similar) and sound judgment on reliability best practices.
•Hands-on daily use of AI coding tools (Claude Code, Codex, or similar) to support real infra work and coach teams on effective adoption.
