Job Summary

Lead digital transformation (DT) programs for the Air & Space Defense Systems (ASDS) Strategic Business Unit in Tucson by owning the DT roadmap and execution from start-up through sustainment. Serve as the DT touchpoint and escalation point for SBU leadership and program teams, drive scope/cost/schedule performance, manage KPIs, EVMS, and staffing, and partner with engineering and proposal teams to capture requirements and execute Agile initiatives while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as the DT touchpoint for SBU leadership, program management, and directors, serving as a strategic partner and escalation point for digital transformation.
•Develop and execute a strategic DT roadmap to streamline opportunities and manage scope, cost, and schedule performance.
•Lead cross-functional collaboration and root cause analysis to resolve complex DT program challenges.
•Manage key performance metrics, financials, EVMS, and staffing; provide regular status reports and operations reviews.
•Oversee the Program Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and ensure compliance with security and infrastructure regulations (DFARS, CMMC, RMF, JSIG); direct and manage DT personnel and third-party collaborations to advance Agile initiatives.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, MIS, Engineering, Math, or STEM (or master’s with equivalent experience) plus 8 years directly related experience (or 5 years with a master’s).
•Maintain an active U.S. government issued Top Secret security clearance with ability to be read on to special access programs; U.S. citizenship required.
•Experience in Overall Information Technology, Software/Systems Engineering, and/or Program Management.
•Experience as an Agile Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Product Manager; PMP and/or PMX/CMX certification is highly desired.
•Understand software development and systems integration, including DevSecOps, continuous improvement, and testing across the full program life cycle.
