Own and scale new care offerings and core operational functions across clinical delivery, provider operations, RCM, and care navigation. Drive AI-enabled transformation internally through workflow automations and internal AI tools to improve how the organization operates. Partner closely with founders in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment, using deep analysis in Excel/Google Sheets to make fast, high-quality decisions.

Key Responsibilities

•Launch and scale new care lines such as care navigation, owning workflow design through execution and performance.
•Take over and scale a core function (e.g., provider operations, RCM, or care navigation) from scrappy to world-class.
•Deploy AI-powered tools internally, including workflow automations, to drive step-function improvements in operations.
•Work side-by-side with founders to build growth infrastructure across operations, clinical delivery, and AI product.
•Tackle a variety of operational challenges in a fast-paced, high-ownership startup environment.
