Key Responsibilities

  • •Launch and scale new care lines such as care navigation, owning workflow design through execution and performance.
  • •Take over and scale a core function (e.g., provider operations, RCM, or care navigation) from scrappy to world-class.
  • •Deploy AI-powered tools internally, including workflow automations, to drive step-function improvements in operations.
  • •Work side-by-side with founders to build growth infrastructure across operations, clinical delivery, and AI product.
  • •Tackle a variety of operational challenges in a fast-paced, high-ownership startup environment.
