Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide structural engineering support for both new construction and brownfield mining, metals, and other heavy industrial projects.
  • •Perform structural analysis and design for steel, concrete, and reinforced concrete structures.
  • •Prepare design calculations, technical specifications, and engineering reports.
  • •Collaborate in multidisciplinary project environments and support practical, constructible design decisions.
  • •Support project work through the project lifecycle, meeting deadlines and managing multiple tasks. ”Calculation of the engineering hours details during the Consultancy tender submission” and travel as required.

Key Requirements

  • •8–10 years of relevant structural engineering experience across industrial, infrastructure, or buildings.
  • •Demonstrated experience in structural analysis and design of steel, concrete, and reinforced concrete structures.
  • •Proficiency with structural analysis software (e.g., SAP2000, S-Frame, STAAD).
  • •Working knowledge of American and Canadian design codes and standards (CSA, NBC, AISC, ACI, IBC).
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering (Master’s degree considered an asset).
