Key Responsibilities

•Monitor health and performance of RPA bots and Power Automate flows; log incidents with detailed context.
•Perform initial diagnostics and basic troubleshooting per runbooks to resolve common automation issues.
•Escalate complex/unresolved issues to L2/L3 or development teams with clear handover information.
•Provide timely updates to end-users and stakeholders on incident status and resolution progress.
•Assist in maintaining and updating support documentation, runbooks, and knowledge base articles.

Key Requirements

•2+ years in an IT support, helpdesk, or technical operations role
•At least 1 year hands-on exposure to RPA technologies (UiPath or Microsoft Power Platform)
•Basic understanding of Robotic Process Automation concepts and tools
•Proven experience developing and maintaining Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Automate flows
•Basic knowledge of SQL and ability to run pre-defined queries
