Assistant Store Manager

Assist the Store Manager in running an Ames Tools retail store to grow revenue and profitability while following company policies. Support store coverage needs, open/close the store when required, and manage merchandising, showroom/warehouse organization, inventory discrepancy reporting, and collections. Build customer relationships and drive add-on sales through marketing efforts, including rentals, transactions, audits, events support, and coordination with regional teams.
