Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare ESG-related disclosures for the Annual Report and ERI, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and regulatory compliance.
  • •Identify and implement improvements to ESG reporting processes and align disclosure approaches with internal leads.
  • •Maintain consistency of ESG information across all externally published materials.
  • •Serve as main liaison with external auditors and ensure timely resolution of queries.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or comparable experience in ESG/environmental fields (e.g., carbon, water, waste).
  • •5+ years of professional experience in relevant fields, including ESG and non-financial data reporting.
  • •Experience delivering outcomes through indirect reports in a matrix organisation.
  • •Strong understanding of climate change and sustainability topics, including ESG disclosure trends and methodologies.
  • •Experience with ESG and sustainability standards and regulations (e.g., TCFD, SASB, GRI; EU/UK/US sustainability reporting).
