Key Responsibilities

•Run end-to-end operations for ecosystem growth programs, including grants, accelerators, hackathons, and startup competitions.
•Serve as an external representative of Ripple’s ecosystem programs, engaging founders, grantees, developers, and partners at events and through ongoing relationships.
•Partner with Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Marketing to ensure seamless program delivery and governance.
•Monitor budgets, process payments, and maintain fiscal accountability for grants, vendors, and partners.
•Maintain CRMs and dashboards for program metrics, and continuously identify bottlenecks to improve processes while developing outcome decks.

Key Requirements

•5+ years operating global or multi-region accelerator programs, grants programs, or founder support initiatives.
•Finance or fintech background with knowledge of financial products, capital markets, payments infrastructure, or fintech ecosystems.
•Direct experience in crypto, blockchain, or Web3, with credibility engaging founders and developers.
•Experience in external, founder-facing or partner-facing roles representing an organization to startups and developer communities.
•Strong operational ownership across complex, multi-stakeholder workflows, including budgeting and managing payments.
