Job Summary

Monitor, analyze, and report on client security data as part of a 24/7 global Cyber Defense Centre. Perform incident detection and response, threat hunting, and SIEM/security tool tuning to improve detection and reporting. Work with security tools and client stakeholders to maintain documentation, recommend system changes, support service delivery against SLAs, and drive continuous improvement and automation opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

•Work as part of a 24/7 global Cyber Defense Centre team on rotational shifts.
•Monitor and analyze security logs from client environments using security tools and platforms.
•Perform security incident detection and response, including attack analysis, malware analysis, and forensics.
•Tune MSSP platform and client SIEM with client stakeholders and internal teams to improve detection, analysis, and reporting.
•Conduct threat hunting across client estates and cross-client environments, manage unresolved incidents, and follow through until resolved.

Key Requirements

•Seasoned knowledge of implementation and monitoring of SIEM or other security tools/technologies/concepts.
•Seasoned experience in SOC analysis operations and using SIEM for investigations.
•Seasoned experience with security technologies including Firewall, IPS, IDS, and Proxy.
•Seasoned experience handling security incidents end to end and performing security incident handling and response from multiple vectors.
•Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computing (or related) and security certifications (e.g., AZ-500, SC-200, Security+, CEH, CISSP, CISM) or similar networking certifications (e.g., CCNA, JNCIA).
