Key Responsibilities

  • •Run the always-on Kids & Family brand channel ecosystem across Netflix Family and Netflix Jr across platforms including YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, print, podcasts, web, and email.
  • •Lead title social campaigns for Netflix’s kid-first slates, setting the social approach, overseeing briefing and content development, and coordinating through launch and beyond.
  • •Use analytics and internal data to inform and evolve strategy, deciding when to change course based on what the data shows.
  • •Work with internal teams (Title Marketing, Publicity, Content Development, Regions, etc.) to align social strategy with broader goals and clearly communicate Social’s contribution.
  • •Own programming and audience development decisions, including staying current on best practices, algorithm shifts, and what works for kids and family audiences on each platform.
